Cheryl moved to the Cowichan Valley in 1987 along with her husband Dave and their two children.  Cheryl became a licensed sales representative in 1991 with Duncan Realty (now Royal LePage).

Cheryl’s focus has always been her client’s best interest.  With 20 years of experience she has been through many types of real estate markets.  Never afraid of hard work Cheryl has earned the respect of the real estate community as a consistent producer with a strong work ethic and high technical knowledge.  She has always enjoyed helping people find their place to call home.  She has comprehensive market knowledge, excellent negotiating skills and is well deserving of the trust and confidence her clients have in her.  Cheryl’s patient approach makes her a pleasure to deal with.

Nancy obtained her Real Estate license in 2005 in Ontario and worked with Exit Realty Seaway in Cornwall.  In the fall of 2007 she joined the office team at Exit in an administration position as receptionist/clerk.  Nancy has enjoyed 20 + years in customer service and this position was where she wanted to be. She enjoys working with and helping people.  

Nancy moved to the Cowichan Valley with her family in December 2009, due to her husband’s employment relocation.  Upon moving to valley she decided not to transfer her license but wanted to stay within real estate as she enjoys the business. Nancy joined Elizabeth Biberger’s team in April 2009, and hasn’t looked back.  Nancy brings her experience in real estate and customer service to the administration side of the business in day-to-day operations, handling email, website maintenance, preparing materials, helping sellers & buyers and assisting Elizabeth & Cheryl wherever the need may be.
